Muncy Borough will hold their Council Meetings in the library/Media center of Muncy High School located at 200 W Penn Street, Muncy on the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings begin promptly at 6:30pm. You may enter through the main gym doors and take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor.
