The new polling place for Muncy Borough 2nd Precinct is the First United Methodist Church, 602 South Market Street. With this change, the 1st and 2nd precincts are co-located at the same facility. The first election held at the new polling place will be April 23 General Primary. The change has been made due to accessibility issues.
